The role focuses on evaluating patients with chronic and acute pain conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and performing or assisting with minimally invasive interventional procedures. The position offers a collaborative clinic environment, weekday-only scheduling, and the ability to work closely with experienced physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive physical examinations and obtain detailed patient historiesEvaluate and diagnose chronic and acute pain conditionsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansPerform or assist with interventional procedures including epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation (RFA), spinal cord stimulator trials, vertebral augmentation, MILD, and Vertiflex proceduresOrder, review, and interpret imaging studies and laboratory resultsPrescribe medications within scope of practice and regulatory guidelinesAccurately document all patient encounters within the electronic medical record (EMR)Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and clinical staff to coordinate patient careEducate patients on treatment options, procedures, and pain management strategiesPrerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (Puerto Rico programs not eligible)Active and unrestricted Arizona NP or PA licenseDEA license with Schedule II IV prescribing authorityPreferred: 1 2 years of experience in interventional pain management, spine, orthopedics, or related specialtyFamiliarity with pain procedures and multidisciplinary treatment approachesStrong interpersonal and patient communication skillsIf you meet all of our criteria and would like to be considered, please apply with your most updated Resume/CV.
