Critical Care/ICU Nurse Practitioner

Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking a full-time Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our RWJ hospital-based critical care team. This position provides advanced clinical care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU environment while collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary staff.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICUPerform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing careOrder, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and labsPerform procedures within scope of practiceCollaborate with intensivists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionalsRespond to patient emergencies and rapid changes in conditionDocument patient care accurately in the electronic medical recordParticipate in multidisciplinary rounds and care coordinationQualifications:Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New JerseyCritical Care, Acute Care, or ICU experience preferredStrong clinical decision-making and procedural skillsACLS certification requiredAbility to work effectively in a high-acuity, team-based environmentPosition Details:Full-TimeCompetitive compensation and benefitsOpportunity to work with a leading healthcare system
