Based in Braintree 30+ years in business $200M in annual revenue 30-40 people on the team Markets served: industrial, life science, commercial Breaking into the multifamily space - $80M ground up build to kick off Description The Senior Project Manager - $80M ground up multifamily build: Manage all aspects of the $80M multifamily construction project, ensuring completion within budget and schedule. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain project alignment and resolve issues. Oversee procurement and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure quality standards are met. Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and progress reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the job site. Lead project meetings and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.
