3rd Shift Maintenance Technician - F & P Security

Description: Westminster Village is seeking a dependable 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician - Facilities & Property Security to serve as the overnight presence for campus safety, security, and basic maintenance support. What You'll DoConduct overnight security rounds of buildings, grounds, and perimeter areasMonitor doors, access points, lighting, alarms, and report safety or security concernsRespond to after-hours incidents and emergencies, coordinating with emergency services when neededPerform minor maintenance and repairs (lighting, basic plumbing/electrical, HVAC filters)Complete work orders and document security rounds and incidentsAssist with snow/ice removal, trash removal, and basic campus support tasks Requirements: What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED requiredMaintenace, facilities, or security experience preferredAbility to work independently and make sound decisions overnightStrong attention to detail and professionalismBasic knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)Willingness to participate in required training Physical & Work RequirementsAbility to lift up to 100 lbs occasionallyIndoor and outdoor work, including exposure to weather and use of PPEOvernight shift availability required The schedule for this position will be 3rd shift, Thursday through Monday. Flexibility may be available based on operational needs. Starting wage is $18.78 - $20.78 per hour, plus shift differential.
