Secretary answers the phone, call bells, direct calls to the appropriate teammate, create charts, break down charts, stock units with office supplies, order STAT supplies, QC glucometer, etc. · Charge nurse : we have a free charge nurse on our main unit, 6CD, that assist with all units within ADTU · Phlebotomy , 24/7 – peripheral blood draws · IV/VAT Team , 24/7 · Resource Nurse : we have resource nurses on long term contracts within our department that you will work alongside · RT, 24/7 · Hospitalist, 24/7: we have hospitalist that are assigned to patients and can be reached 7a-7p. From 7p-7a, there is a hospitalist doing cross cover for patient care · Intensivist, 24/7 · Telemetry monitoring – NO tele tech: We have a telemetry monitor on all our units. The team of nurses on each unit is responsible for monitoring patients' telemetry and the primary nurse is responsible for completing an interpretation each shift.
