Overview Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $50-52 Hourly $100K-$120K Start Date: Feb 23, 2026 Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid - 3 days in office, any 3 days) Travel: 4-6 times per year to East Coast Compensation: $110K-$120K Reports to: Strategic Account Manager About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong agency experience to lead client-facing projects in a fast-paced environment. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire role offering the opportunity to bring seasoned project leadership and grow within the organization. Experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences is a plus but not required. Key Responsibilities: Lead projects for a primary client, acting as the main point of contact Collaborate closely with creative and software engineering teams Manage integrated campaigns, creative deliverables, and project goals Develop, review, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) Operate effectively within an Agile environment Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on project execution Tools & Systems: Current toolset includes Jira Transitioning to a proprietary project management software Utilize Float for forecasting and resource planning Preferred Qualifications: Proven agency project management experience (required) Experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences (preferred, not required) PMP certification preferred (company will sponsor if needed) Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities #LI-BS1
