Entry Level Customer Relations Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Entry Level Customer Relations Associate to join our Customer Relations Associate team. In this key role you will support customers, building trust, sales and leaving customers wanting to come back for more. Day to day functions of the Entry Level Customer Relations Associate Respond to customer questions in person while providing solutions that make a real difference Answer customer questions about accounts, sales, billing information and service offerings while ensuring a positive experience Work with associate Customer Relations Associate to implement sales and community outreach strategies Engage in Customer Relations Associate workshops and learning sessions to stay updated on current service solutions and their benefits in order to provide expertise guidance to customers Build rapport and lasting relationships with customers ensuring satisfaction and brand loyalty Escalate complex issues to senior Customer Relations Associates, sales and technical teams ensuring timely resolutions
