The Superintendent will oversee daily onsite operations for commercial and institutional construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and effective coordination with subcontractors and project partners. This position offers the opportunity to lead both ground‑up and renovation projects while working closely with a supportive project management team at a well‑established general contractor. Client Details This general contractor delivers preconstruction, design‑build, and construction management services across financial, retail, recreational, medical, multifamily, municipal, and government sectors, with projects typically ranging up to $10M+.
