Job Description

Jiffy is looking for a Senior Technical SEO Analyst to build and scale organic growth as a durable, compounding acquisition engine. This role sits at the intersection of search strategy, technical optimization, and data, and will be responsible for how Jiffy is discovered across traditional search engines and emerging generative search experiences. As we move from product-led growth to marketing-led scale, organic discovery both classic SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO) will be a critical driver of high-intent customer acquisition. This role will own the technical SEO foundation, search architecture, and experimentation roadmap that allow Jiffy to win discovery across search engines and AI-powered answer platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on complex search systems, analyzing large datasets, and building scalable SEO strategies that drive meaningful business impact. This role follows a hybrid work model with a requirement of a minimum of three (3) days per week onsite. Employees should expect to work regularly from the office to support collaboration and business needs. Requirements Key Responsibilities Own and scale Jiffy’s organic search strategy across traditional SEO and emerging generative search platforms (AI-powered search, answer engines, and LLM-driven discovery). Build and maintain a strong technical SEO foundation, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, structured data, internal linking, and performance optimization. Partner closely with engineering and product teams to ensure SEO requirements are incorporated into product development and site architecture decisions. Design and scale programmatic SEO initiatives to capture long-tail search demand across product categories, creator use cases, and discovery surfaces. Develop and optimize structured content and metadata frameworks that improve visibility across featured snippets, rich results, and generative AI responses. Analyze organic performance using Search Console, analytics platforms, and large datasets to uncover opportunities for traffic growth, indexation improvements, and conversion impact. Run structured SEO experiments (site architecture changes, schema implementations, internal linking updates, template optimizations) with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes. Collaborate with content, paid media, and lifecycle teams to ensure SEO strategy supports broader demand generation initiatives. Monitor search algorithm updates, AI search developments, and competitive landscape changes, adjusting strategy as search behavior evolves. Clearly communicate SEO insights, opportunities, and performance results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Basic Qualifications 4+ years of experience in technical SEO, organic growth, or search-focused marketing roles. Strong understanding of how search engines crawl, index, and rank content, and how site architecture impacts discoverability. Hands-on experience with technical SEO concepts including site architecture, structured data, internal linking, crawl management, and indexation. Strong analytical ability using Google Search Console, analytics platforms, spreadsheets, or SQL to diagnose performance issues and identify opportunities. Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to implement SEO improvements. Strong problem-solving skills with a test-and-learn mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience executing programmatic SEO strategies at scale. Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) concepts and how AI-driven search experiences influence discovery. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript sufficient to audit technical issues and collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Experience using AI tools or automated workflows to analyze search opportunities, generate insights, or improve SEO workflows. Experience working with large or complex eCommerce websites. Comfort operating in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities. Strong written communication skills and ability to advocate for SEO across cross-functional teams. Why You Will Love Working At Jiffy Opportunity to grow company market share through innovation in the rapidly evolving e-commerce, AI, and image processing space.
