Human Resources Specialist This position is part of the Department of Energy's Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, Office of Workforce Administration and Management (OWAM). As a Human Resources Specialist, you will serve as a senior advisor on the Talent Team, which works to improve existing hiring practices by scaling candidate assessment and selection methods to assess and hire high quality applicants.
