The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end VIP function, including portfolio performance, proposition development, and player lifecycle management. A proactive and always-on approach is essential, with a focus on anticipating player behavior, identifying commercial opportunities, and mitigating risks. The Head of VIP will also be tasked with defining the VIP strategy, maintaining a competitive position, and ensuring the VIP proposition is culturally relevant and differentiated. Applicants for the Head of VIP position at the company must have a proven track record in managing VIP portfolios within crypto casino or crypto iGaming environments, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in VIP leadership or high-value customer management within iGaming. The role requires strong analytical and strategic decision-making capabilities, as well as the ability to build and lead teams. A deep understanding of VIP player behavior and competitive VIP ecosystems is crucial, as is the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, always-on environment.
