Job Description

HR Specialist Bryn Mawr, PA We are seeking an HR Specialist to support day-to-day human resources operations, serving as a key resource for employees and supporting the full employee lifecycle. This role is fully onsite in Bryn Mawr, PA, and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, personable, and comfortable interacting with staff at all levels. Hours are generally Key Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and HR-related inquiries Support recruitment, onboarding, and new hire documentation Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with required clearances and documents Assist with payroll functions and updates Provide general administrative support to HR operations Help coordinate employee activities, training, and internal communications Qualifications Experience in Human Resources (12+ years preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Paycom is a plus Must be able to work fully onsite Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
