Duluth, MN or Minneapolis, MN ???? 12-Month Contract-to-Hire Were seeking a Staff Project Controls Specialist to support major engineering and construction projects by leading project controls processes and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. If you have strong experience in scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and Primavera P6 this could be a great next step. ???? What Youll Do Lead project controls processes in partnership with Project Management Set up and manage projects in Enterprise Planning & Controls software Develop and maintain schedules (WBS, logic ties, resource loading, CPM analysis) Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections Monitor earned value management and progress measurement systems Review and approve purchase orders and subcontract coding Perform schedule what-if scenarios and forensic schedule analysis Conduct field audits and quality checks on project controls deliverables Support audits and collaborate with Accounting and PM teams ???? What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Relevant experience may substitute for degree) 3+ years of direct project controls experience Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 (preferred) Strong knowledge of scheduling (CPM), cost control, and forecasting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills OSHA 10-hour certification (or ability to obtain) Apply here or reach out to me directly!
