Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision offered after qualification period Employee discounts at Marriott Hotels worldwide 401k with match offered after qualification period SeaTac Sick Pay Vacation time accrued based on hours worked 10 paid holidays each year Free parking What You'll Do Plan and execute corporate events, social gatherings, meetings, and special occasions Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from booking through post-event follow-up Coordinate event logistics including room setup, catering, vendors, dcor, and AV Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) Conduct site tours for prospective clients Ensure event spaces are organized, set, and presentation-ready Deliver exceptional guest service before, during, and after events B Bartend approximately 2-3 times per week, including event bar service Maintain bar cleanliness, inventory, and compliance with alcohol service laws This is a hands-on hospitality role - you'll be both behind the scenes coordinating and front-and-center serving guests. What We're Looking For Valid MAST Permit and required alcohol service certifications Experience in hospitality, events, food & beverage, or related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Comfortable working in a fast-paced event and bar environment Why Join Us?
