Required Skills: Valid Physician Assistant license in good standing Certification from ARC-PA or NCCPA Proven experience in hospital medicine or inpatient care settings Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in high-pressure situations Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience in a nocturnal/hospitalist setting Basic advanced life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications Knowledge of hospital protocols and workflows Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program 2+ years of relevant inpatient care experience Familiarity with hospital policies and multidisciplinary collaboration Other Requirements: Availability for night shift hours: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM, 1x24-hour shift Willingness to travel or relocate if necessary Must maintain current licensure and certifications Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing and hospital privileges This is your chance to advance your career while enjoying competitive compensation of $168.17 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment.
