The Learning and Development Coordinator will have a key role in the coordination, operational quality, and execution of our global learning offer and projects. Our learning offer is essential to building core capabilities, expertise, networks and providing affiliation and networking opportunities. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to drive forward relevant functional projects to implement operational and strategic business priorities. Your key responsibilities: Running multiple learning events and projects across the calendar year. Program sizes range from around 30 to 300 participants and take place throughout the year in a variety of formats: virtual sessions, blended learning, hybrid and in person events Virtual Event Hosting: Host and produce virtual live sessions, ensuring smooth execution by welcoming participants, introducing presenters, and closing sessions professionally Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure operationally the events (virtual, hybrid or live setting) run to an exceptionally high standard that are enjoyable and memorable for the learner Working closely as a thought partner with the wider team, business partners, content managers, faculty team and key stakeholders, to ensure the learner experience is valued and being delivered in the right way Engaging and continuing to review innovation and technology options to support current and future learning delivery You're Good At: Thriving in an internationally diverse team, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable virtual, hybrid, and in-person events. Coordinating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that align with BCG's evolving strategy and learner needs Building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and acting as a reliable thought partner to colleagues and leaders alike. Managing multiple priorities with strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to flexible work environment. Embracing change with an open mind, demonstrating flexibility, curiosity, and a willingness to try new approaches. Quickly learning new systems and technologies and confidently navigating both virtual and onsite event environments. What You'll Bring: 2-4 years of experience in an operations role, ideally within a professional services environment. A degree in any discipline; additional qualifications in Event Management, Hospitality, or Tourism are a plus. Proven experience in organizing and supporting virtual or online meetings and events. Proficiency with a range of virtual collaboration and event tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello, Outlook, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, survey platforms). Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly. Fluency in English, both written and spoken Who You'll Work With: A passionate and dedicated Learning & Development team, who are currently spread across the globe. You will be part of the operations team that oversees the overall orchestration of Learning at BCG. As a complex matrix structured organization, you will work with broader L&D colleagues and other functional teams. You will establish strong relationships across our people functions and beyond to successfully learn, educate and influence others. Additional info: For US locations onlyIn the US, we have a compensation transparency approach. Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below. The base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $68,000 - $82,700 This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness. In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to %12 and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
