Job Responsibilities: Procure materials, components, supplies, etc. Support the development of purchasing strategies & internal standards. Support purchasing operations by maintaining accurate PO records, including creation, adjustments, and cancellations. Provide management with timely and accurate updates & communication to assist in purchasing decisions, projects, and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including inventory control, Quality, S&R, etc. Identify cost savings opportunities for system functionality & operational efficiency. Partner with customers to ensure products arrive in a timely manner & good condition. Document & track supplier KPIs & help resolve supplier issues. Perform other duties as needed. Job Requirements: H.S. Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or similar preferred 2+ years of procurement/purchasing experience; Experience developing client & supplier relationships Strong experience managing & negotiating POs; knowledge of cGMP regulations Strong organizational skills & attention to detail Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and follow established processes Proactive and dependable, with a positive attitude toward learning and problem-solving
