Talent Management Specialist We are seeking a Talent Management Specialist to serve as a key resource in shaping and advancing the organization's learning and development initiatives. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive talent management and development programs aligned with organizational goals and strategic objectives. The Talent Management Specialist will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to assess training needs, develop engaging learning content, and facilitate impactful learning experiences that support employee growth and organizational effectiveness. This role is ideal for an emerging talent professional ready to broaden their scope and make a measurable impact. Someone who can translate strategy into action and move beyond administration to true program ownership. Organizational Learning & Development Manage, direct, and implement strategies for organizational learning and development Lead and continuously improve talent management processes Serve as a key resource for talent management programs and support related change management initiatives Conduct organizational gap analyses to identify learning and development needs Design and assist in developing eLearning, training content, tools, and assessments to support knowledge transfer and continuous development Performance & Talent Processes Manage the performance management evaluation process Oversee talent review and succession planning initiatives Partner with internal subject matter experts to facilitate supervisor and management benefits and leave management training Training Development & Facilitation Develop curriculum content and/or partner with external vendors to deliver training programs, including: New Supervisor Training Management Training Leadership Development Facilitate required annual training programs including: Sexual Harassment Prevention Non-Discrimination and Anti-Retaliation Compliance and Ethics Office Safety Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Training, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development and/or organizational development Experience working in a decentralized work environment preferred An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Experience with Ceridian/Dayforce preferred but not required Strong knowledge of talent management strategies and organizational development practices General knowledge of HR processes and procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong business ethics and commitment to confidentiality High attention to detail and strong follow-through skills Strong cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Strong time management and prioritization skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment High initiative, accountability, and self-motivation Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively in a diverse environment There at Every Turn: Our Benefits Competitive Pay Structure Company-Sponsored Insurance (Medical, Dental, FSA, Dependent Care Accounts) Generous Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays 401(K) Match Tuition Reimbursement Company-Sponsored Events Subsidized Part Purchasing Program
