Job Description We have an AI-startup client who is looking for a Senior Technical Sorcer. This position is hybrid in either San Francisco or Palo Alto. It is a year-long contract with the strong possibility of converting in full-time. They are open to hiring remotely outside the Bay Area, but will not convert anyone not in the Bay Area. Strong technical sourcer (not full-cycle) Builds quality pipelines for hard engineering roles: SRE, Infrastructure, Staff-level Software Engineers Can calibrate quickly with hiring managers and improve candidate quality fast networking Qualifications Able to commute to San Francisco or Palo Alto at least one day a week Experience with: passive sourcing, market mapping / talent mapping, infra/platform/SRE hiring, senior/staff/principal engineering searches, startup scaling environments Produces well-calibrated technical pipelines (not just volume) Works independently across multiple engineering reqs Responds well to feedback and adjusts fast Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Good understanding of machine learning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
