What you'll do As a Restoration Project Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and field crews. This front-line leadership role ensures that jobs are scoped accurately, executed efficiently, and that our customers receive the best service in the industry. Key responsibilities Create accurate project scopes and prepare estimates using Xactimate and proprietary SERVPRO software Negotiate and secure customer/client approval of scope and estimate Schedule, coordinate, and manage crews, equipment, and subcontractors Review documentation to support client requirements and billing processes Communicate clearly with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance reps Manage production expenses (equipment, vehicles, materials) Additional duties Drive exceptional customer satisfaction and track feedback/reviews Provide rapid response to potential customers in need Support recruiting, hiring, and training of restoration team members What we're looking for IICRC certification Valid driver's license High school diploma/GED (college a plus) 2+ year of management/supervisory experience 2+ year of restoration industry experience Working knowledge of Xactimate required Physical requirements Lift 30+ pounds regularly Work from ladders, in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas Ability to repetitively push/pull/carry objects Comfortable working with/around cleaning agents Must pass a background check (per applicable laws) Apply today and take the next step in your restoration management career!
