Role Description Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient health status, and communicating with physicians and families about care plans. The nurse will also ensure adherence to care protocols, maintain accurate medical records, and support patients' overall well-being by addressing their physical and emotional needs. Collaboration and teamwork will be key in delivering the highest standards of home-based care. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of vocational/practical nursing. Credentials: Current license within the State or valid compact. Current Basic Life Support license (BLS). Experience: 1+ years experience as an LVN/LPN in Hospice, Palliative, or Home health, or similar field is preferred. ?Responsibilities: Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients Provide basic patient care and treatment Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment Educate and update patients on medical treatments ?Qualifications: Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields Familiarity with medical tools and equipment Ability to build rapport with patients Compassionate and caring demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Pay / Benefits: $28 - $35/hr + Mileage Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO Open Shifts Available: Full Time AM Shift (MonFri, 8:00a4:30p) Hemet / San Jacinto Swing Shift (4/2 schedule, 4:30p12:30a) Riverside / San Bernardino area AM Shift (MonFri, 8:00a4:30p) Perris / Menifee AM Shift (MonFri, 8:00a4:30p) Temecula to Lake Elsinore AM Shift (MonFri, 8:00a4:30p) San Bernardino / Rialto QA AM Shift (MonFri, 8:00a5:00p) Riverside office (in office 23x/week) Swing Shift (4/2 schedule, 4:30p12:30a) Low Desert (Palm Springs / Indio) NOC Shift (4/2 schedule, 12:00a8:30a) High Desert (Palliative/Hospice) AM Shift (MonFri, 8:00a4:30p) Low Desert (Palm Springs / Indio)
