We are seeking a strategic Brand & Marketing Finance Manager to serve as the primary financial architect for our global brand and marketing teams. In this role, you will move beyond traditional accounting to become a true business partner, translating marketing strategies into financial models and providing the data-driven "why" behind our investment decisions. Your mission is to bridge the gap between creative vision and financial rigor, ensuring that our marketing spend is optimized to drive long-term brand equity and immediate commercial growth. This role is a hybrid position, requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Finance. What you will do in this role: Act as the dedicated financial advisor to the Chief Marketing Officer and Brand Leads. Attend creative planning sessions to provide real-time financial perspective on campaign feasibility and ROI. Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for all marketing channels (Digital, Social, Retail, and Wholesale Co-op). Develop frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing spend. Analyze Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) data to recommend shifts in budget allocation. Create high-impact dashboards that provide the marketing team with visibility into their "burn rate," committed vs. uncommitted funds, and projected outcomes. Partner with Procurement and Marketing to review agency contracts and media buys, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with the total budget. Measure the success of product launches and brand collaborations, providing post-mortem financial analysis to inform future strategies.
