The Opportunity My client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager based in Atlanta, GA to lead large-scale hyperscale data center electrical scopes across the Southeast market. This individual will take full ownership of complex, high-value mission-critical projects, serving as the primary client interface while maintaining complete accountability for cost, schedule, safety, quality, and overall project performance. This is a high-impact leadership position offering significant long-term growth potential as the division continues expanding throughout the Southeast. This role is ideally suited for a seasoned project executive with deep experience managing electrical scopes on hyperscale or mission-critical construction projects. Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of electrical project delivery from preconstruction through commissioning and final turnover. Maintain full P&L responsibility for large-scale mission-critical projects. Serve as the primary liaison with owners, general contractors, and key stakeholders. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and schedule performance. Manage procurement of major equipment, subcontractors, and long-lead materials. Drive safety performance and ensure strict adherence to company safety standards. Lead and mentor Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and field leadership. Manage change orders, risk mitigation strategies, and contractual compliance. Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution aligns with schedule, quality, and performance expectations. Support business development efforts and strengthen long-term client partnerships within the hyperscale market. Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred. 7+ years of experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects. Strong mission-critical or hyperscale data center experience required. Proven track record managing projects exceeding $100M in electrical scope. Demonstrated success with full P&L accountability. Deep understanding of contractual structures, procurement strategy, and cost controls. Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage high-performing teams in fast-paced environments. Experience working with major hyperscale clients (Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, etc.) preferred.
