Here, you'll support solving some of our clients' biggest challenges and help us grow the business. This role supports the Cloud/SaaS team within Sourcing and Procurement at GDIT. How a Sourcing Analyst Will Make an Impact: Manage the procurement process for both indirect and direct procurements. Sourcing execution in compliance with regulatory requirements. Management of RFQ/RFP's from drafting, bidder communication, negotiation, and execution. Completion of sourcing checklist in accordance with GDIT's procurement process and compliance standards. Ensures high internal customer satisfaction. Supports the implementation of process improvements and streamlined procedures whenever possible. What You'll Need to Succeed: Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of supply chain experience or 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree. Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite. Required Skills and Abilities: Must have exposure to supply chain. Ability to research, analyze, compile, and assess business and financial data. Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented individual who works quickly and efficiently. Ability to manage multiple projects related to the purchasing process. Preferred skills and experience: 1+ year experience in supply chain, government contractor, and/or government regulated procurement, experience in enter commodity procurement. Location: This position is a hybrid position working at GDIT facility in Falls Church or Herndon, VA for a minimum of 3 days per week. Performs work on contracts that require U.S. citizenship. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
