Job Description Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees in compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws related to payroll and benefits. Monitor payroll systems and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy. Assist with audits and generate reports for management as needed. Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
