Billing Analyst

Billing Analyst We're hiring for a Billing Analyst in Jacksonville, FL! We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to manage royalty billing for franchises. The successful candidate will be responsible for invoicing, adjustments, and communication with franchise owners about discrepancies. Responsibilities Handle royalty billing for franchises. Process invoices accurately and efficiently. Make necessary billing adjustments. Communicate effectively with franchise owners regarding any billing discrepancies. Utilize Excel extensively, including Pivot Tables and IF statements. Essential Skills Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and IF statements. Strong customer service skills. Analytical skills. Experience with invoicing and billing processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with Sage software. Some accounting skills are a plus. Strong organizational and priority management skills. Detail-oriented. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $33.66/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
