About the Company We're representing an established General Contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial ground up and tenant improvement construction projects across the Greater Bay Area. About the Role This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys owning projects from concept through close-out, building strong relationships and being part of a high growth team. You will have clear exposure to leadership and a natural path toward Project Executive for someone looking to continue growing their career. What you'll be doing Lead projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, budgeting and quality control Identify risks and establish contingency plans Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors Serve as primary point of accountability for project success What they're looking for Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field 10+ years of experience in project management for General Contractors overseeing construction projects from concept to close-out Proficiency with Project Management software Strong communication skills and a relationship-driven mindset Ability to lead teams while managing multiple priorities Compensation + Benefits Competitive Base + Bonus Profit Sharing 100% Medical, Dental, Vision coverage 20 days PTO 401K match
