Onsite work is an essential function of this position, and you are required to be onsite according to the schedule set by your management. The Facilities Operations team is seeking a qualified intern to assist with HVAC system maintenance and other duties. This position is in partnership with Atlanta Technical College. Facilities Operations Technicians are responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment, to ensure optimal functionality and safety. The role requires technical proficiency, adherence to regulatory standards, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair systems efficiently while supporting operational continuity.
