This role is hired through Palladium, the operational platform for Ignite.This Opportunity: GISI Ignite is seeking a Director, Change Management & Transformation Services to be responsible for establishing, scaling, and leading a comprehensive change management practice that supports both internal enterprise digital transformation initiatives and external client engagements. This role serves as a strategic advisor to executive leaders, shapes organizational change strategies for complex digital and business transformations and builds sustainable change capabilities across the global operating companies. The Director balances hands on leadership of high impact transformation efforts with long-term practice development, service innovation, and talent growth. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that transformation initiatives deliver sustained value by aligning people, processes, leadership behaviors, and culture with strategic objectives. Location: This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of one of GISI's office locations in these areas: New York, NY, Arlington, VA, Boulder, CO, or Newport Beach, CA, with potential client travel. This role, while posted in multiple locations, is for only one opening. Compensation: For our prospective employees in the United States, please note that the full-time equivalent annual base salary for this position is expected to range from $180,000 - $210,000. Please be advised that a final salary offer will be based on various factors, including but not limited to your qualifications, education, experience, skills, seniority, performance, and GISI/Palladium's business or organizational needs. Reporting Lines: The role reports to a Director, GISI Ignite Initially, this position will not include direct supervisory duties; however, these responsibilities may be introduced as the business evolves over time Primary Roles and Responsibilities: Enterprise & Internal Change Leadership Lead change strategy for major internal enterprise initiatives, primarily focused on enterprise-level digital transformation Advise executive sponsors and senior leaders on change readiness, stakeholder alignment, adoption risks, and leadership actions Establish governance models and decision frameworks for managing change across complex, multi initiative portfolios Translate enterprise technology and innovation initiative roadmaps into actionable change strategies, ensuring alignment across operating companies Build internal change maturity by embedding change management practices into enterprise delivery and operating models External Client Advisory & Delivery Oversight Serve as a trusted, executive level advisor to clients on complex organizational and digital transformation efforts Lead or oversee largescale, multistakeholder change initiatives across diverse client environments Ensure client engagements deliver measurable adoption, readiness, and value realization outcomes Work with client service teams to apply best standards and ensure effective delivery of change management advisory services Practice & Service Line Leadership Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the change management and organizational transformation practice Design, incubate, and scale repeatable change management service offerings, methodologies, tools, and frameworks Establish delivery standards, quality controls, and success metrics to ensure consistent, high impact outcomes Partner with growth, sales, and account leaders to support business development, proposal development, and client pursuits Identify emerging trends and opportunities to expand or evolve the practice (e.g., digital adoption, transformation readiness, leadership enablement) Build, mentor, and lead a high performing team of change management professionals Measurement & Outcomes Define and track success metrics related to adoption, stakeholder readiness, and sustained value realization Identify and proactively address risks related to resistance, change saturation, or leadership misalignment Monitor practice performance, including utilization, quality, and growth indicators (as applicable) Essential Criteria: Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, communications, or related field; Master's preferred 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology and organizational change management and program delivery Demonstrated experience leading change for large-scale digital, operational, or enterprise technology initiatives Demonstrated ability to advise senior executives and influence outcomes in complex, ambiguous environments Proven experience building, scaling, or formalizing a change management capability or service offering Strong clientfacing leadership experience within consulting, professional services, or complex enterprise settings Strong proficiency with change management frameworks and methodologies Ability to lead across multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in high-change, fast-paced environments Core Abilities Required: Demonstrated track record of solving complex, enterprise-level challenges through innovative, systems-based approaches. Proven ability to cultivate relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external clients, providing recommendations and solutions that produce business value Demonstrated comfort leading projects across diverse industries and ability to engage with stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds Leads engagements fluidly between strategic framing and hands-on delivery, providing clarity, structure, and direction to teams and clients Thrives in multi-stakeholder environments, translating diverse inputs into coherent solutions and action plans Inquisitive mindset, creative, and desire to take initiative to learn new industries systems, technologies, and skills and how they can be applied Skills: Certification in change management (PROSCI, CCMP, ACMP, etc.) Experience in sectors relevant to GISI: infrastructure, construction, architecture, engineering, environment, or international development Familiarity with AI, data platforms, workflow automation, or innovation programs Experience working with globally distributed teams across different cultures and functions Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
