Position Overview: Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift We are actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team on night shift. In this role, you'll provide exceptional nursing care in a calm, focused overnight environmentensuring residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met with dignity and respect. Key Responsibilities: Deliver patient-centered nursing care during overnight hours Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions and changes Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and RN protocols Collaborate with on-call providers, therapists, and the care team as needed Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Foster a safe, clean, and therapeutic nighttime environment Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and direct care staff Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment New grads encouraged to apply! Experience in geriatric care, long-term care, or rehabilitation nursing preferred Strong understanding of clinical protocols and state/federal regulations Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Compassionate, resident-first approach to care BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS a plus) Why Join Our Night RN Team?
