Project Manager Commercial Construction Manage all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and internal project teams. Ensure compliance with safety standards, contract requirements, and quality control programs. Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with owners and stakeholders. Identify risks and proactively resolve construction and logistical challenges.
