As a Transportation Analyst, you'll play a key role in keeping our products moving efficiently around the globe. Supporting the Transportation team, you'll use data, analytics, and collaboration to drive cost savings, improve carrier performance, and ensure a smooth experience for both internal teams and customers. If you love solving puzzles, digging into data, and making processes better this role is for you. What will you do? Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad hoc transportation reports Use advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, formulas) to analyze shipping data Identify cost savings and cost mitigation opportunities and present findings to the business Manage the relationship with the freight audit & payment provider to ensure accurate invoice processing Investigate product shortages, mis-deliveries, and shipping errors File and manage carrier freight damage and shortage claims Review non-compliant shipping issues from distribution centers Schedule inbound supplier shipments and customer returns Serve as the go-to contact for day-to-day carrier issues (tracking, proof of delivery, reconsignment, etc.) Track carrier performance and maintain carrier scorecards Assist with quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and support international shipment billing Back up the Manager of Domestic Transportation when needed What makes you a great catch? Bachelor's degree in a related field At least 2 years of data analysis and reporting experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience using AI tools for data analysis and reporting Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service mindset SAP experience is a plus What you will need to succeed A strong analytical mindset Comfort working with large data sets Ability to prioritize and multitask in a deadline-driven setting Proactive communication and relationship-building skills A continuous improvement mentality
