Position Summary This position supports shipping and receiving operations by managing day-to-day logistics activities for inbound and outbound materials, including wafers, equipment, and parts. It involves applying analytical thinking, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement methods to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient material flow while maintaining accurate system transactions. The role partners closely with internal teams and logistics service providers to resolve issues and support production needs in a fast-paced foundry environment. Role and Responsibilities Here's what you'll be responsible for: Provide day-to-day operational oversight of shipping and receiving activities supporting Austin and Taylor sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient material movement. Monitor logistics execution in real time and proactively identify risks to shipment schedules, wafer movements, or production requirements. Coordinate transportation and inter-site logistics activities, including specialized and time-critical shipments. Manage and oversee logistics service providers and vendor-managed labor, ensuring performance aligns with SLAs, KPIs, safety standards, and training requirements. Maintain accurate shipment, receipt, and inventory transactions in SAP and related systems to support production and audit readiness. Investigate shipment issues, damages, or process deviations and implement corrective actions with internal teams and vendors. Develop, track, and report KPIs related to safety, delivery performance, labor efficiency, cost, and vendor compliance. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and executing improvements to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Communicate operational trends, risks, and performance issues to leadership and escalate concerns as appropriate. Support training, onboarding, and other logistics operational needs as assigned. Skills and Qualifications Here's what you'll need: Bachelor's degree in logistics management, supply chain management, or business related field required. Minimum of 3 years in supply chain with at least one year in inventory and supply chain management. Skilled in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Advanced Excel data analysis skill. (required.) The current base salary range for this role is between $57,760 - $1156,950. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications, and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
