Quality Examiner (Temporary)

Quality Examiner (Temporary) Imperial is seeking a dedicated Quality Examiner to conduct inspections across our apparel, embroidery, domestic headwear, and import headwear production lines. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our premium products meet Imperial's quality standards and supports ongoing continuous improvement initiatives throughout production. Salary: $15/hr Employment Type: Temporary (36 months) | May convert to regular employment (based on performance/business need) Location: Bourbon, MO Peak Season Hours (March 1 through June 30): 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Friday (1st Shift) 2:30 PM - 12:30 AM, Monday - Thursday | 2:30 - 10:30 PM, Friday (2nd Shift) Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 PM (1st Shift) 2:30 - 10:30 PM (2nd Shift) What You'll be Doing: Perform inbound quality inspections for apparel, embroidery, domestic headwear, and import headwear production Conduct extended audit processes, including 100% inspections when required Complete final audits of outbound product to ensure compliance with Imperial quality standards Support lab testing and quality verification activities as needed Document and communicate audit results to internal teams and external partners Partner with production teams to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions What We Need: Team-oriented, dependable, and safety-minded individual Flexibility and willingness to learn in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Positive, respectful attitude with a commitment to quality Dedication to upholding Imperial's premium product standards Benefits: Free Hats 401K with company match Health care (medical, dental, vision) Employee Assistance Program PTO (vacation, personal days, 9 company holidays) Opportunities for continuing education Employee product discounts To apply, please click "apply" or reach out for additional information!
