Sr. Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $35-$37per hour (DOE) About the Role HTl is currently hiring an experienced Sr. Maintenance Technician for one of our premier clients in SC. This is a direct hire position and is ideal for a technically skilled professional who enjoys troubleshooting, maintaining automated systems, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What We Have to Offer: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family: Medical Insurance (Free for employees) Dental and Vision Insurance Low deductible and low out-of-pocket maximum Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 401(k) Retirement Plan Company-paid Disability and Life Insurance Paid Vacations and Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Program Employee Referral Reward Program What you will do: Monitor a variety of production systems and equipment to identify and resolve issues Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities Complete preventive maintenance tasks accurately and on time Troubleshoot and program PLC systems Troubleshoot and repair HMI systems Diagnose and repair electrical issues Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools such as multimeters Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and proper PPE usage Comply with Quality System requirements and documentation Work overtime as required to support production needs What You Need: Education and Experience: Associate degree or vocational/technical training in an industrial field plus 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferred OR Minimum of 7 years of combined training and hands-on experience Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Allen Bradley and/or Siemens PLC software Experience troubleshooting ladder logic, making edits, and limited programming Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as EtherNet/IP or Profibus Ability to read electrical schematics and use a multimeter efficiently Understanding of 480V and 24V electrical systems Experience with AC/DC motors and fluid pumps Strong mechanical skills, including gears, gearboxes, chains, and bearings Knowledge of pneumatic systems such as solenoids, cylinders, and diaphragm pumps Professional Attributes: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong initiative and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Commitment to safety and quality standards Equal Opportunity Employer #INDPRO Employment Type: Full Time
