We are seeking a Human Resources Intern in Huntsville, AL from May 26 through July 31, 2026. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join our HR team at Hexagon US Federal. As an intern here, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources working closely with our team of professionals. You will be expected to assist with day-to-day operations, contribute to ongoing projects, and participate in various tasks that supports the departments goals. Additionally, Interns will participate in weekly speaker series featuring prominent leaders across the organization. This internship will provide you valuable exposure to your field of study, offering you a chance to develop skills, network with professionals, and apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting. Responsibilities: Assist in managing employee recognition platforms, including tracking participation, updating records, and supporting communications related to recognition programs. Gain exposure to and support various HR functions, including benefits administration, the employee lifecycle, training and development, and general HR operations. Support HR administrative projects, including organizing, scanning, and digitizing personnel files as part of an electronic records management initiative. Provide general HR support, including maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with onboarding tasks, and supporting special projects as assigned.
