Project Estimator

Project Estimator, Commercial Outdoor Spaces North Orlando Area, On Site We are seeking a Project Estimator to support preconstruction and post-sale activities for commercial outdoor space projects. This role is focused on estimating, bid preparation, and project setup, not design or project management. The Project Estimator is responsible for reading and interpreting construction documents, preparing takeoffs, gathering vendor and subcontractor pricing, and preparing bids and proposals. The role includes maintaining project data in the CRM system, tracking preconstruction items, and supporting project documentation through completion. What Were Looking For Required Qualifications Read and interpret construction documents to establish project scope and deliverables Experience performing construction document takeoffs and product selection Experience gathering bids and quotes from vendors and subcontractors Prepare bids and proposals, including drawings, parts lists, and labor scope Review project documents for construction feasibility and identify conflicts Track preconstruction items prior to project commencement Maintain project records and status updates in a CRM system Must be a team player Must be a strong communicator, written and verbal General proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Construction experience preferred Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Procore General willingness to learn new technologies related to the role
