Project Scheduler In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and following up production schedules to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills. Responsibilities: Development of schedule and controls reports to produce weekly/monthly reports for client and internal management review (i.e. Resource loading analysis and schedules, critical path items, etc.) Perform general task and related works as required by the project/customer. Provide reports on various project related topics to supervisors and Project Managers. Coordinate to ensure accuracy of data and assist with tracking the completion of contractual obligations. Attend weekly meeting to discuss any issues with equipment delivers, engineering, materials, interferences, manpower or any other project related information. Monthly/Weekly presentation for Executive meeting showing current overall progress of the Project. Maintain accurate records in various project databases and assist in the development of databases and other data-keeping tools. Qualifications: Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University; with minimum seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience of 3 years as Project Scheduler in Offshore Oil and Gas industry Proficient experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Proficient with Primavera scheduling tools Impeccable communication skills both written and verbally. Prior experience with scheduling with in the Offshore Marine Oil and Gas industry. Skills: Strong scheduling skills required. Strong problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with SAP Job Requirements: Authority Capable of performing the following essential physical demands: Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
