Senior Estimator The Senior Estimator will: Develop comprehensive cost estimates by reviewing plans, specifications, and related project documentation. Coordinate and solicit subcontractor and vendor pricing, ensuring competitive and complete bids. Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates throughout design phases. Analyze quantities, labor, materials, and other direct and indirect costs. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to clarify scope and expectations. Present estimates and participate in bid review meetings with senior leadership. Maintain historical cost data and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating tools and methodology. The Successful Senior Estimator Candidate will have: 8+ years of estimating and/or preconstruction experience in commercial construction. Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and market pricing. Experience coordinating subcontractor bids and developing competitive proposals. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency with common estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred. What's on Offer Competitive base salary: $110,000 - $125,000 based on experience.
