The Senior Analyst operates with a high degree of independence and is responsible for executing compliance operations across regulated trading venues and institutional digital asset custody. You will operate at the intersection of blockchain transaction monitoring, sanctions risk, and regulated financial market infrastructure in a multi-regulator environment. Responsibilities Conduct transaction monitoring programs that merge traditional trade practice and surveillance techniques with enhanced digital asset forensics. Independently review and disposition alerts generated from blockchain analytics tools and surveillance systems. Prepare clear, defensible case documentation and concise escalation materials. Support suspicious activity investigations into digital asset transactions and regulatory reporting. Lead the research and analysis of AML/KYC and customer due diligence risk ratings during customer onboarding. Assist in translating regulatory requirements into practical monitoring procedures. Support regulatory examinations and inquiries. Provide guidance to business operations on emerging risks and regulatory impacts. Knowledge and Experience 4+ years experience in financial services compliance, digital assets AML, financial crime investigations, or related roles Educated to degree level High familiarity of financial markets, digital asset infrastructure, and FinCEN/BSA regulations Excellent communication skills in English and must possess strong report writing skills including the ability to apply independent thought and analysis Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced deadline driven environment Strong team player who is also able to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
