Procurement Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Procurement Specialist to support high-volume administrative and operational activities within a corporate environment. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, communicative, and eager to learn. Previous procurement experience is not requiredwe're happy to train the right candidate with a strong administrative foundation and positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate and timely administrative support in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Manage and respond to professional email communications Maintain organized records, documentation, and data within Microsoft Office tools Support internal teams with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks Ensure attention to detail and accuracy across all assigned work Qualifications Strong professionalism and verbal/written communication skills Prior administrative or corporate office experience Ability to handle high-volume administrative work with accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Strong written communication and email etiquette A positive, organized, and teachable attitude Nice to Have Experience working in a structured corporate or professional office environment Comfort learning new systems and processes Job Type & Location This is a contract position based out of Miami, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
