(or at Manager's Discretion) Job Type: Full-Time About Shared Services: Shared Services Accounting handles the accounting functions for all Gray-owned and operated TV stations. Job Summary/Description: The Accounts Payable Representative is responsible for processing Accounts Payable invoices and payments for a group of TV stations. Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Scanning invoices into our automated Accounts Payable system Keying vendor invoice detail into the system Reviewing and reconciling vendor and invoice detail Reconciling vendor statements Processing and disbursement of payments Working with internal and external customers to resolve discrepancies Responsible for individual assigned stations of your own Backing up other AP team members' stations Qualifications/Requirements: Must have previous Accounts Payable experience, strong computer skills, proficiency in Excel, a working knowledge of accounting functions, excellent organization skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
