Job Description

Corporate Relationship Specialist At Regions, the Corporate Relationship Specialist provides general administrative and sales support to Corporate Relationship Managers and renders an extraordinarily high level of services to corporate bank clients. Primary responsibilities include: Acting as the primary point of contact for the Corporate Banking clients and managing all servicing requests related to the client's overall banking relationship Performing daily support activities related to client relationships and keeping the respective Relationship Managers informed of client activity and interactions, as appropriate Ensuring data integrity for the overall portfolio by identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner Effectively communicating, internally and externally, to resolve client issues and concerns Demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing, fast-paced environment Supporting the Relationship Manager(s) with miscellaneous administrative tasks Proactively identifying and executing on process improvements to enhance client experience and deal team effectiveness Assisting with event execution, special projects, and pitch books Deposits: Collaborating with RM to determine best deposit solutions Opening/Closing new deposit products Collecting, reviewing, and scanning all necessary KYC (Know Your Customer) documents Working closely with Treasury Management (TM) Team to successfully onboard new clients Providing guidance to deposit client and route to appropriate TM resource for servicing Pulling daily Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF/Overdrafts) Processing deposit account maintenance Completing deposit account research and requests Working closely with Branches to ensure corporate clients are onboarded with ongoing client servicing Credits/Loans: Acting as liaison between Credit Products Underwriting, Corporate Loan Fulfillment, and the Relationship Management teams Conducting and assisting in loan due diligence including collecting documentation and record keeping, etc. Assisting with due diligence and application for letter of credit closing (i.e., new, renewal, modification) Assisting in clearing Post-Closing Loan Documentation Exceptions Processing loan payments Processing subsequent advances on lines of credit Compliance/Regulatory: Maintaining data integrity in all applicable systems Creating Account Record in OneView, to serve as client CIP form Collecting client information on all applicable parties and entities Obtaining and reviewing entity documentation for all applicable clients/parties to transaction Completing Beneficial Ownership (BO) Certification Forms Following all appropriate procedures for properties located in a Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) Reporting: Managing data organization within RGA to ensure client records are properly grouped for accurate 360 reporting Compiling reports for Relationship Manager(s) such as 360 Report, Power BI Reports, OneView Pipeline Report, Overdrafts Report, Maturities, Past Due and Exception Reporting May guide and/or train less experienced Corporate Relationship Specialists This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Requirements include: High School Diploma or GED and six (6) or more years general banking experience Or, a Bachelor's degree and four (4) years banking or client support experience Preferences include: Bachelor's Degree Skills and competencies include: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management while understanding confidentiality to sensitive information Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners Demonstrated ability to independently identify goals; prioritize tasks and execute tasks to meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in changing, fast-paced environment Demonstrates administrative experience, time management and troubleshooting skills Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments Proficient in MS Office Proactively seeks opportunities to execute tasks effectively; without direct supervision Proven experience working independently with minimal supervision Strong organization skills and able to think analytically Each position will require daily (M-Th/F), on-site attendance at our Nashville, TN or Charlotte, NC corporate office. Position type: Full time Compensation details: Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. Job range target: Minimum: $53,025.00 USD Median: $66,832.50 USD Incentive pay plans: This job is not incentive eligible.
