This rewarding opportunity allows you to work closely with our Patient Intake coordinators and insurance providers. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service or call center environment. Data entry experience. Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word. Experience work in a healthcare environment. Experience working with healthcare insurance verification or obtaining medical authorizations. Experience with specialty infusion medications. Preferred Qualifications Experience with claim/call center environment. Technical skills. Problem solving skills Negotiation skills. Well organized. Prioritizes tasks effectively. Solid written and oral communication skills. Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full time Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
