Responsibilities: Schedule interviews and coordinate the full interview process for candidates and clients Manage submissions and candidate flow in Salesforce, ensuring all activity is documented and up-to-date Create engaging job postings and manage job board activity Conduct professional reference checks and ensure documentation is client-ready Facilitate offer letters, background checks, and start dates Create engaging job postings and manage job board activity Assist with administrative items such as reporting, sales research, and marketing initiatives Provide administrative support to senior leaders and act as back-up for office management including reception Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination or administrative support Exceptional attention to detail and organization Strong written communication skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Salesforce experience preferred Bachelors degree preferred What we offer: We are committed to creating a supportive and rewarding environment for our team.
