Responsibilities include: Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop appropriate treatment plans Diagnose and present treatment in a clear, ethical, and patient-focused manner Deliver high-quality general dentistry including restorative, crown & bridge, endodontics, and extractions (experience with implants and clear aligners is a plus) Work closely with hygienists to identify and diagnose treatment needs during hygiene visits Review diagnostic data including radiographs, intraoral photos, and periodontal findings Educate patients on treatment options and oral health needs Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient scheduling and same-day dentistry when appropriate Participate in morning huddles and team meetings Support a positive, growth-oriented office culture Clinical Expectations Our doctors are expected to practice comprehensive, ethical dentistry with a focus on patient education and clear communication.
