Administrative Coordinator We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator for our dynamic Founder-CEO, who runs several high-performing, scaling companies in finance and real estate. Our Founder-CEO is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to ensure his day-to-day runs smoothly. The Administrative Coordinator will work on matters at SafeLease but also assist with day-to-day administrative matters for the Founder-CEO's private investment fund. This will be a part-time in-office role reporting to our Founder-CEO in Austin, Texas. The possibility for full-time conversion is a possibility based on fit, company need, and performance in the role. This is an exciting opportunity for an early career individual who thrives in a fast paced start-up environment. We are open to someone without a lot of experience - as long as you are hard-working, attentive to detail, and have thick skin for whatever challenges may come your way. The ideal candidate exercises good judgment under pressure, demonstrates a high EQ, and has exceptional written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. The Administrative Assistant must be able to work on confidential matters with the utmost discretion. Your day-to-day: Executive Support: Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments Booking domestic and occasional international travel Processing expense reports and assisting with administrative tasks Screening and prioritizing emails and correspondence Handling confidential information with discretion Acting as a liaison between the CEO and team members, customers, or external contacts Office Operations & Coordination: Maintaining office supplies and coordinating with vendors Managing office logistics, including mail, deliveries, and facility needs Organizing team events, meetings, and office activities Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and guests Supporting onboarding for new team members (workspace setup, equipment, etc.) Keeping the office organized, functional, and welcoming What you'll need to bring to the job: 13 years of administrative, office support, or customer-facing experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Ability to handle multiple tasks and shift priorities as needed Professional demeanor and good judgment Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-moving startup environment Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Why SafeLease?
