The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the execution of the city's economic development programs, public-private partnerships, and priority development projects. This leadership position is focused on expanding economic growth and creating opportunities for the community, particularly in the area of commercial corridor redevelopment. The Senior Advisor will be responsible for working closely with executive senior leadership, as well as key internal and external stakeholders, to manage and measure the success of commercial corridor revitalization. This includes coordinating cross-departmental functions, assessing investment opportunities, and ensuring the alignment of strategy for both publicly and privately owned properties.
