This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in all areas of Human Resources, including onboarding, employee engagement, professional development, and more. What You'll Do: Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities Support personnel actions such as new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments Help plan and implement HR events and engagement initiatives Conduct research, organize data, and assist with special projects Maintain and organize personnel files and HR records Provide administrative support, data entry, and customer service to employees What We're Looking For: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based record systems A self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and projects independently Why Join Us?
