Senior Estimator - Commercial Construction

A well-established, highly respected General Contractor and Construction Management firm is seeking a Senior Estimator or experienced Estimator to lead preconstruction efforts on diverse commercial projects across Pennsylvania. This is a high-impact role where youll shape projects from concept through contract awardplaying a critical part in winning work and setting projects up for success. What Youll Do Lead conceptual through detailed estimating for hard bid and negotiated projects Perform quantity take-offs and pricing for materials, labor, equipment, and self-perform work Develop scopes of work and manage subcontractor bid packages Solicit, review, and award subcontracts Conduct risk analysis and constructability reviews Build schematic and conceptual budgets based on strong knowledge of building systems Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners What You Bring 710+ years of commercial construction estimating experience Bachelors degree (or equivalent field experience) Experience across commercial sectors such as higher education, healthcare, retail, institutional, industrial, or multifamily Strong understanding of drawings, specs, and building systems Proficiency in Excel, estimating software, and digital takeoff tools (BIM familiarity a plus) Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills What's on offer Base salary between $80k - $110k Annual bonus Annual profit sharing Health insurance (minimum to no employee contribution) Good work / life balance One day per week hybrid to WFH If you thrive in a fast-paced preconstruction environment and want to play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial projects, this is an opportunity to make an immediate impact with a growing and respected builder.
